This Columbian coffee bean first started in 1800’s and nowadays this coffee has reached over 11 million of demands in the starbuck’s franchise.
One of the famous Columbian coffee beans is the coffee that produces from the Coffee Arabic Tree. It grows the below the rubber and wild trees in the mountain and the condition give the ideal needed of sunshine and nutrients from the soil. The places to grow the coffee are mainly in the eastern and central area of Columbia with the labor from the area like the Armenia, Medellin and Bogota. To provide a great level of coffee, at least this Coffee Arabic Tree needs 4 to 5 years of growth. For result the product of coffee, the drying process is applied by the farmers.
Not all of beans is used to produce the product, it have to sort and separated which of beans are feasible and best to take. And then, the beans will go to the last sun drying process, which is the step to inferior their level of acidity. This step will produce a great aromatic of Columbian coffee, and then the product is well packed for distribute to other countries all over the world.
The Columbian coffee is known for the rich flavor and the distinct taste. And now this coffee has exported to the United Stated, Netherlands, Switzerland, Japan also Germany. There are many varieties of Columbian coffee, such as the Coffee Arabica Cattura, Coffee Arabica Typica or Coffee Arabica of Bourbon cutltivars, which is typify base on the soil of it growth.
Beside the soil, the coffee also categorized base on the roasting process, they involved into. There is French Roast, Vienna Roast, Full city Roast, American Roast, Italian Roast or Espresso Roast for it low or high roasted. Each of type of this coffee is different in flavors, and the coffee fans all over the world can choose what unique flavors they preferred to and enjoyed to.
